Deep Water Inn Motel

Room choices include non-smoking or smoking, one king bed, two queen beds, two king beds, one queen bed and kitchenettes.  Each room includes small refrigerator and microwave, cable TV and wireless high speed internet.

King Rooms -- $49.97 to 79.97 plus tax.  King Room rates based on 1-2 guests.

Double Queen, Double King Rooms -- $59.97 to $89.97 plus tax.  Double room rates for up to 4 guests per room.

 Kitchenettes -- $69.97 to $99.97 plus tax -- up to 4 guests per room.

 Rooms are limited to number of guests listed.  If extra quests are staying in room additional charge of $10.00 per guests per night will be added.

 HOLIDAY WEEKENDS -- Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day Weekends -- Three night minimum stay.

 SHOOTOUT WEEKEND -- Three night minimum stay.

 WEEKENDER RATE -- Special rate -- stay Friday & Saturday night receive Sunday night at half price.  Need more time to play on the lake, then pay for Sunday night at half price.  Even if you are not staying the whole night, this allows you time to play on the lake but not have to out of your room so early.

Late check out fee may apply if not out of room by 11:00 a.m.   

  The outdoor pool is surrounded with tables, chairs and lounge chairs.  We also have a picnic area with charcoal grills for guests use.

Pool Rules:

Pool is open 8:00 am to 9:00 pm 

A responsible adult must accompany children under 16 years of age at all times. 

Please, no glass containers in pool area.

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.

A coin operated washer and dryer are located on the premises for use by our guests.  Detergent is available for purchase from the motel office. 

Pirate's Point Gas Dock is located adjacent to the motel on Water Court.  Pirate's Point provides boat rentals, PWC rentals, gas, and a convenience store, selling soda, beer, snacks, ice and bait. They can be contacted at 573-374-1260 or ask at the Motel Office

Need a ride to or from a local establishment.  Safe Shuttle Service provides a ride on The Off The Hook Short Bus for up to 14 people.  Call 573-374-HOOK (573-374-4665) for more information and RATES.  Or ask at the lobby.

Located adjacent to Deepwater Inn is a boat launching ramp owned by Rough Water Docks.  The ramp is available for use for a fee. 

Pets are allowed upon pre-approval of management only.  Pets must be declared at check-in.  Pet charge is $10.00 per night.  Pets must be attended at all times.  Cannot be left in room alone.  Pets must be on leash or carried outside of guest rooms. 

Rooms with unattended pets will not be serviced or cleaned. 

Pet owners will be asked to vacate property, forfeiting room fee, if pet becomes a nuisance to other guests.

Pets not declared at check in will be charged $50.00 pet fee penalty.

 Service animals are allowed, but must be delcared upon check-in or when making reservation.

The staff at Deep Water Inn Motel can help you with your special event.  Tent, table, chair rentals available locally.  Many area restaurants to help cater.    Some groups have already been our guests -- COMBAT VET MOTORCYCLE ASSOCIATION and CORVETTE CLUB.   Located close to Deepwater Inn is Captain Ron's with private beach rental or Community Center that can be rented.
